You are not satisfied with the received products? Please no worries, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of delivery. Exceptions are noted below. Return items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags.

Because of that, we do not offer return and exchange to issues caused from the customer’s side. Any cases related to the mistakes of our sides such as sending you the wrong products or wrong address, the items are damaged/defective, we are willing to support you.

Firstly, please contact us at and let us know your problem. It is better if you could send an email with the images or videos showing the errors of the products. We need the evidence to send to the manufacturer and check if there is any mistake while checking and shipping the products out.

After reviewing, we will give you the refund, replacement, or the return address as you request if we sent the wrong item. However, kindly be confirmed that the shipping fee for returning the items is paid by the customers.


In case of the damaged/defective products caused by our sides and you do not want to be replaced, please contact us at, we will send you the address of our warehouse to return. Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund for you.
